Terms of Operation

01. System Access & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to initialize a BODMOS account. By accessing the system, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into this "Order of Operations."

02. Prohibited Variables (Conduct)

Users are strictly prohibited from utilizing the protocol for:

• Reverse-engineering the "Linear Flux" algorithm or proprietary encryption layers.
• Injecting malicious variables (malware, logic bombs, or automated noise/bots).
• Harassment or the exploitation of other users' Brackets.

03. Intellectual Property Rights

The "BODMOS" name, the "Order of Operations" social architecture, UI/UX blueprints, and underlying source code are the exclusive property of BODMOS Inc. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to operate within the system.

04. Termination of Sequence

BODMOS reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access ("Sequence Termination") at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is deemed detrimental to the network's logical integrity.

05. Limitation of Liability & Warranty

THE SYSTEM IS PROVIDED "AS IS." BODMOS INC. DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM DATA LOSS OR SYSTEM DOWNTIME.

06. Governing Law & Arbitration

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be settled through binding arbitration, rather than in court.
