01.Data Controller

BODMOS Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") acts as the data controller for the information processed through the BODMOS protocol. Our commitment to "Brackets" (data encapsulation) means we act as a facilitator of your data, not an owner.

02.Information Collection

We categorize the data we process into two distinct variables:

• Account Variables: Email address and authentication credentials required for system access.
• Network Metadata: IP addresses and device identifiers used solely for security and "Division" logic (anti-bot measures).
• Encrypted Content: User-generated content is processed via Zero-Knowledge Proofs. We do not have access to the plaintext content of your "Brackets."

03.Legal Basis for Processing

We process variables only under the following conditions: (a) Performance of a Contract (Terms of Operation); (b) Legal Obligation; and (c) Legitimate Interests in maintaining a secure, decentralized network architecture.

04.Data Sovereignty & Retention

Under our decentralized model, your data is retained only as long as your account sequence is active. Upon "Sequence Termination," all personal identifiers are purged from our caching layers within 30 days, leaving only cryptographic hashes on the ledger that cannot be reversed to identify you.

05.User Rights (The Variable Exit)

Depending on your jurisdiction, you hold the following rights: The Right to Access, The Right to Rectification, The Right to Erasure ("Right to be Forgotten"), and The Right to Data Portability.
